Trials

Monthly and yearly plans may include a 7-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged for that subscription period.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription from your account billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you experience a technical issue, contact support with your account email, plugin version, operating system, and a short description so we can help or review the request.

Lifetime Licenses

Founder Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases. Because access is delivered immediately, refund requests for lifetime licenses are reviewed individually and may depend on whether support can reproduce or resolve the issue.
